Chapter 4: A New Ally

(Sophie was brought to her and her siblings house for her to rest after the injuries She received A Few Hours Ago. Angelus Prime went to the garage in the Geetman Siblings' House as Rebecca went inside and put Sophie in her bed after tending to her wounds. She couldn't help but feel Sorry for her for what happened earlier before leaving the room. Sonic and Knuckles went to Tails' workshop to gather some information of Obscuras' whereabouts)

 


Rebecca: (Sees Marie standing outside with a sad and Guilty expression. She probably witnessed too much, it was best not to talk to her at the moment.)

(Gloria ,Nathan,Gabby and Andrea sat on a Sofa looking down, trying to forget what happened earlier)

Gabby: (Sadly) Why Sophie-Chan? Why is it always Her? 

Andrea: Gabby...

Gabby: (Begins to tear up) I Can't Just stand there while Sophie-Chan is...! if All I Do is watch her suffer, then what kind of A Friend Am I?

Gloria: ....

Marie: (Looks away as she began to tear up) Its My Fault. It's My Fault She was Injured!

Gabby: Marie-Chan...?

Marie: That Man attempted to Kill me. But She Took the hit instead...! if there's anyone you should blame, It's Me. 

Andrea: Marie...

Rebecca: (holds her shoulder) It Wasn't your fault. We all feel the same for what happened with Sophie. but let me ask you this. What if she was doing it to protect you?

Marie: (Still in tears) Huh?

Rebecca: Sophie is A Great Person. She would do anything to make sure her friends and everyone else are safe from Harm's way. and by doing So, she is risking her own life for the sake of others. Isn't it the reason She nearly Sacrificed herself two months ago?

Marie: (eyes widened) Rebecca...

Gloria: I've known her for A pretty Long time now, she's My Sister after all. she has A Kind heart, following Good Morals and She's A Huge Believer in Justice. that's what I See in her.

Nathan: Even though she can Be A Dimwit at Times, she's the person I Look up to!

Gabby: (A Small blush was shown)  I See her As A Maiden wearing An armor of A Gallant Knight! and  I Wanna Make sure she is Okay! I Am her Best friend after all! and friends always look after each other.

Rebecca: (smiles)  I Am Happy You're all supportive of her. Despite being Powerful and Brave, She does have A Soft Spot. that much is Known. But no matter how Hard she gets Beaten, Man, she always gets the guts rise up Again,no matter what. That Girl is A Warrior. That's what I'm seeing in her.

Marie: Yeah. You're probably right. (Smiles)

Andrea: Of course. She is Sophie after all! ^^

(A Knock on the door was heard. Gloria went to check who's there)

Gloria: Who's that?

???: Can I Come in?

(The person Gloria saw had white hair, Pink eyes, Pointy ears with Golden earrings and A star necklace Attached to her neck. she had dark pink Jacket with blue shirt. Her skirt was pink, her pants were black and she wore purple boots. Gloria opened the door and let the girl come inside. The group looked at her in confusion. )

 

Rebecca: who are you?

???: My Name is Stella Pratine. I Am looking for Someone named Sophie Geetman. do you know where she is?

(The group looked at each other, trying to answer her question. How did she know of Sophie? Gloria looked at Stella and replied)

Gloria: she's kind of...Resting at the moment,So.... A Lot of stuff happened and-

Stella: I Know. She was injured, wasn't she?

(The group was shocked.)

Nathan: How did you Know?

Stella: I've seen everything.

Gloria: Are you sure you're not some Spy of someone and try to kidnap her?

Stella: Hmm... Strangers aren't welcome,huh. But I Surely don't mean any Harm. well then, I Will wait here until she wakes.  if that is alright with you. I Have Something very important She needs to know.

(the group whispered to each other again, thinking of what to do. can they truly trust this girl?)

Gloria: Can we trust her?

Gabby: She knows Sophie-Chan, and we don't even know her.

Nathan: I Dunno. maybe  She's stalking us. and I HATE Stalkers!

Rebecca: For the moment we'll let her stay here. I'm sure she might be of help to us. there was no Lie in any of her words.

(Marie and Andrea Agreed to this as well. Gloria said Stella can stay. And So She did)

(That Night, Sophie was having strange Visions Of Warfare and Destruction. and A Glowing Purple Crescent shaped Crystal. She Gasped in shock upon opening her eyes)

Sophie: What the hell was that about? OW! (Holds her side that was covered in bandages) How did I get that?

???: so You've finally awakened.

Sophie: (looks around and sees A Girl in front of her. this was Stella herself)

Stella: You seem to recover real quick after that injury you got a few hours ago.

Sophie: Who...Who are you?  (Holds onto her side)

Stella: Follow me to the roof once you're ready. there's something I Want to talk to you about. (exits the room)

(Sophie dressed up, and jumped up from the window all the way to the roof with her wings.Stella was in front of her and stared into her green eyes)

Sophie: So, What did you wanna talk about?

Stella: it's about the current situation you're in. there is Nobility and Honor shown behind these Eyes Of yours. Perhaps, A Spirit of A Powerful Deity inside  of you?

Sophie: How...do you know that?

Stella: I See hidden secrets that Lie within people's hearts. Call me A Creep. but that's just a fact. Don't let it bother you.

 
Sophie: O-Okay...?

Stella: That man, Obscuras the Slain, is Very powerful. as you know his power exceeds your own at the moment. what are you going to do about it?

Sophie: Well... Obscuras did say about some Amulet that Only Someone called A Shevyrian can get a hold of. He could be searching for it now. If I Don't do something and start look for it, This Planet is lost forever! Ow! (holds her side)
 

Stella: Aren't you trying a little too hard? 

Sophie: Eh?

Stella: The Amulet's location is Currently Unknown. but I Will be of help for you to find it. I promise.

Sophie: Why are you saying that?

Stella: Who knows? (flips her hair) maybe because I'm an Alien Like you. and I Can't stand seeing you like that.

(Sophie Notices the Pointy ears behind Stella's white hair. was Stella Really an Alien like her?)

Sophie: Huh. Makes sense.

Stella: that's all I Needed to talk about. you should rest now. I'm going home. (jumps down)

Sophie: Wait! You didn't tell me who you are!

Stella: (turned back and smiles at Sophie) Stella. Stella Pratine. (Walks off)

Sophie: Stella,Huh? Hmm... She doesn't seem bad at all. maybe she could help us find the Amulet. but...what if we don't find it in time? not to mention I Was... 

(Flashback to When Obscuras stabs Sophie with his shadow blade. After The flashback, Sophie held her side and felt a slight burning pain. and looked down)

( Moments Later,Angelus in her car mode watched Sophie sitting on the roof from the Garage. Clearly she looked bothered by what happened. and So, She made her way slowly to not disturb anyone else sleeping.)

Angelus: Sophie Geetman? (transforms into her robot mode and approaches Sophie)

Sophie: (looks Upwards a little startled) Oh. Uhhh...Hey Angelus! I Was Just...Uhhh...Y'know. Sitting here and...

Angelus: You seem troubled. 

Sophie: (Sighs) I Just...I  Can't believe that Another Lythian like me would end up here on Earth.  it makes sense because he lived for like hundreds of years ago and was probably buried by whoever found him when he died. but with Eggman reviving him, and I Don't know Anything of this Amulet of Rebirth thingy...I Don't know what to do. 

Angelus: (silent for a moment and collects her thoughts. then spoke up) It is indeed strange that One of your Kind has ended up here on this Planet with this Amulet. But Know that there Is Always Hope beyond the Dark. We will surely save this Planet. maybe not today, Nor Tomorrow. but we will do so. The Sun always shines after the Storm.

Sophie: Angelus... (smiles) Heh. Y'know its kinda funny.

Angelus: Hmm?

Sophie: (lays her back on the roof and looks at the stars) Whenever you Encourage others With these words, I Always end up being Reminded of Optimus. 

Angelus: ....

Sophie:  I Mean, You're both Primes alright, so I Can see why there's so much similarities between you too. You're Brave,Strong and Wise beyond belief.  I Wish there were more strong Leaders like you Guys out there. I'm Not A Strong Bot Like you, I Ain't Much of A Leader either. But I Wanna Protect this Planet at all cost, regardless of what others may say.

 

Angelus:  Your desire to help others is truly  A Noble act Indeed. But don't forget that Your Well being is Also Important. it is Not Healthy for Any Sentient being to Burden themselves Beyond the Amount of burden they are carrying. 

Sophie: (eyes widen at the thought of it. true that the safety of others means A Lot to her, But her own well being Has Equal Importance.)  I...I See. But I promise I'll be Okay.   I Can't promise I Won't get beaten up though. but No matter how much Someone beats the hell out of me, I'll Always get up...Again and Again Until I Win! if there is a reason for me to fight, Its not just for my friends alone. or anyone of this Planet. the Main reason I Keep Fighting is for Freedom!

(moved by Sophie's words, Angelus picks Sophie up from the roof Gently with her Metal hands and knelt down on the grass)

Sophie: A-Angelus? 

Angelus: It brightens My Spark that there are those like you who have reasons to keep fighting despite the odds.

Sophie: Well, without Sonic or anyone else around here, I Don't think I'd hold unto that desire by now. and That includes you,Angelus.  You're one of the Best people I've ever met So Far!  (thumbs up) Ow! (Holds her side because of the pain)
 

Angelus: You do not know how much your words mean to Me,Old friend. Thank You. (smiles and strokes Sophie's head with the tip of her finger)

Sophie: (Blushes a Little because of Angelus'  Metal fingers reaching her cheek. Sophie smiles in response as she held Angelus' Index Finger. Ignoring the Pain on her side and making it Go away.) No Problem!
